Have the group list all the constituents who might matter to their success on Post-its, placing them on the Matters Most Poster. The more specific the group is, the better.

Give three dots to each Wrong Thinker. Have them place dots on the three constituents they feel matter most above all others.
Sometimes we assign teams individual Matters Most Constituents to find, engage with, observe, and personify in subsequent drills.
Other times we allow teams to select individuals who best match their emerging solutions.
