What You’ll Do

Drive the Execution of Our Blitz Events

Blitzes are high-energy, fast-paced innovation sprints. You’ll be the operations engine behind them:

  • Coordinate all logistics — venues, catering, materials, and participant communications

  • Partner with facilitators to ensure every detail is buttoned up

  • Manage timelines and keep cross-functional teams aligned

  • Troubleshoot live issues with calm and creativity

Own and Evolve Our HubSpot CRM

You’ll help keep our relationships organized and our processes humming:

  • Keep our database of leads, clients, and partners clean and current

  • Build automations, email flows, and pipeline reports

  • Ensure follow-ups don’t fall through the cracks

Support Daily Team Operations

From decks to documents, you’ll make sure we’re always prepared:

  • Prep materials and kits for events and trainings

  • Keep our Notion project boards up to date

Coordinate across clients, freelancers, and vendors
