A sprint is more than an innovation workshop.

A Think Wrong Sprint culminates in a gathering we call a Think Wrong Blitz. Virtual sprints are ideal for convening participants in multiple locations to take on your greatest challenges. They have an added benefit of providing time to reflect on new insights, do additional ”asynchronous” work, and to synthesize outputs.These steps ensure successful outcomes.

Step 1. Frame your strategic challenge.

We work with you to frame a challenge with the greatest potential for impact.

Step 2. Curate and recruit collaborators.

Based on that challenge, we work with you to identify participants who bring expertise or orthogonal thinking reframe what’s possible.

Step 3. Design and plan your sprint.

We collaborate with you to iteratively design a sprint agenda that can produce the outcomes and results you need.

Step 4. Run the sprint.

An experienced Think Wrong Instigator—a facilitator who provokes and contributes—will lead your sprint in coordination with a sprint producer who ensures everything runs smoothly.

(We run sprints and blitzes with groups of 1–250.)

Step 5. Capture the action and output.

We create a comprehensive record of your session with video and virtual posters that capture all your output.

Step 6. Inspire action.

You won’t leave with just an experiential high.

Think Wrong Sprints concludes with a shareable online report that presents the outcomes and provides access to all of the Think Wrong Drills, video, photo, and audio files.
